Merri McNamara, Vice President of Percival Engineering, has been supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) for over 18 years. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management from East Carolina University (GO PIRATES!), a Master’s in Business Administration in Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University, and is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP).

Merri started her career, supporting the IC and DoD, in 2004 at Booz Allen Hamilton where she worked for 10 years progressing her career in Program Management. After Booz Allen, she continued to provide Program Management support of cyber technology and software development programs at Praxis Engineering and Varen Technologies before starting at Percival Engineering in 2018 as the Director of Programs & Operations.

Originally from Long Island, NY, she grew up locally in Silver Spring, MD, and currently resides with her husband and two sons in Ellicott City, MD. When she is not at Percival, you can find her on the sidelines at one of her kids’ basketball, soccer, lacrosse, or football games.
